To Earn the Bonus for Referring a Friend (“Referrer Bonus”):
To earn the $100 “Referrer Bonus,” you must meet all of the criteria listed below (“Referrer Qualifying Activities”):
1. Either—You must be an existing Centreville Bank customer who has maintained an active “Account” in your name.
OR—You must be an existing Centreville Bank customer that has not maintained an “Account” with the Bank and becomes a “New Checking Account Customer”^# who establishes an “Account” in your name, in-person with a banker at the Putnam Branch; online account opening is not permitted. You must maintain a daily balance in the “Account” greater than or equal to the
minimum deposit required^ to open the “Account” for a period of 90 days after the “Account” is opened. Maximum Bonus Payouts not to exceed $500.
2. To be eligible to receive this bonus you must refer a friend to Centreville Bank in the Putnam Branch with a banker and meet all the “Referrer Qualifying Activities” noted above.

To Earn the Friend Bonus (“Friend Bonus”):
To earn the $100 “Friend Bonus”, you must meet all of the criteria listed below (“Friend Qualifying Activities”):
1. You must be a “New Checking Account Customer”^# and open a new “Account” no later than December 31, 2026, in your name, in-person, at the Putnam Branch; online account opening is not permitted. You must maintain a daily balance in the “Account” greater than or equal to the minimum deposit required^ to open the “Account” for a period of 90 days after the “Account” is opened.
2. You must establish a “Recurring Direct Deposit” into the “Account” within 90 days of account opening. “Recurring Direct Deposits” are regular periodic electronic payments that occur as an Automated Clearing House (ACH) or Real-Time Payment network credit from your employer or an outside entity, for example: payroll, pension, or government payments such as Social Security; recurring direct deposits do not include one-time deposits such as Person-to-Person deposits, wire transfers, funds transfers from another account, or PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo deposits. Maximum Bonus Payout not to exceed $500.
3. To be eligible to receive the “Friend Bonus” you must open the “Account” at the Putnam Branch in person with a banker and all the “Friend Qualifying Activities” noted above must be met.

Bonus Payout:
The “Referrer Bonus” and the “Friend Bonus” will be credited and posted to the “Accounts,” if applicable, no later than March 31, 2027. The “Referrer Bonus” and the “Friend Bonus” payment will be credited and posted to the “Accounts” and appear on your periodic statement as “Bonus Payment.” The “Referrer Bonus” and the “Friend Bonus” payments will be forfeited if either of the “Accounts” are terminated and/or the qualifying activities have not been met. The “Referrer Bonus” and the “Friend Bonus” is considered interest and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT (or Form 1042-S, if applicable).
