Jill DeShiro serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of Centreville Bank. In this dual role, she leads all aspects of the bank’s financial management and operational execution, overseeing budgeting, accounting, forecasting, and systems integration. Jill ensures that Centreville’s financial and operational strategies align with its long-term mission, balancing fiscal discipline with growth and innovation.

With her strong background in finance, risk management, and operations, Jill plays a central role in guiding the bank’s expansion while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, transparency, and regulatory compliance. In 2025, Centreville Bank earned recognition as the #1 Fastest Growing Company in Rhode Island by Providence Business News in the large company category. Her leadership is characterized by a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach that fosters coordination across departments and enhances institutional agility.

Beyond her work at Centreville Bank, Jill is deeply engaged in community service. She serves as Treasurer and Board Member of Crossroads Rhode Island, the state’s leading organization dedicated to ending homelessness and providing housing solutions. Through her financial acumen and civic leadership, she helps advance Crossroads’ mission of creating long-term stability for Rhode Islanders in need.
