Branch Lobby Changes Effective November 30

In accordance with the State's efforts to reduce the continued spread of Coronavirus and to protect the health and well-being of our customers and employees, effective Monday, November 30th, we will be making the following changes to our branches.


Effective Monday, November 30th


Rhode Island Branches

  • Our West Warwick and Coventry lobbies will remain open regular hours but with a very limited number of customers allowed in at one time. We please ask that you complete any transactions via drive-up or ITM when possible to help us avoid lines and maintain social distancing. 

  • All other branch locations will remain open regular business hours but will switch to drive-up service until further notice. Should you need to conduct business that cannot be completed via the drive-up (safe deposit box access, etc.), you can call to make an appointment with a banker at these locations which are listed below:

  • Our Putnam and Price Chopper branches will remain open regular hours but with a very limited number of customers allowed in at one time. We please ask that you complete any transactions via drive-up or online/mobile banking when possible to help us avoid lines and maintain social distancing.

Smart Banking: Online, Mobile, ATMs & ITMs

We strongly encourage all customers to take advantage of our many convenient banking options that do not require face-to-face or hand-to-hand interaction, including Online BankingMobile Banking and the extended service hours of our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)

It's simple to do the following banker-assisted transactions at any drive-up or walk-up ITM during business hours (certain limitations apply to Passbook Savings accounts and cash withdrawals of $3,000 and over):

  • Cash a check
  • Make a deposit
  • Withdraw money
  • Make loan payments
  • Make a safe deposit box payment
  • Transfer money between CB accounts

Our ITM Bankers are ready to assist you and will gladly walk you through the process of completing your transaction or answer any questions you may have about your accounts.
