Branch Lobby Reopening Information

All Centreville Bank branch lobbies are open for regular business hours as of Monday, June 1st with additional safety measures in place for the protection of both our customers and our employees.

While we continue to encourage you to bank remotely when possible to minimize any risk of exposure, we ask that customers planning to conduct business in our lobbies please review the information below in order to be prepared when making their visit:
 

1.  Please Refrain from Lobby Banking If You Are Sick or Showing Any Symptoms of Sickness

We ask that all customers remain considerate of others and refrain from visiting our lobbies if they are sick or showing any signs of sickness including a fever, cough or experiencing respiratory symptoms of any kind.
 

2.  We Are Limiting the Number of Customers Allowed Inside Our Lobbies at One Time

We appreciate your patience as we limit the number of customers allowed in our lobbies
at one time to allow for proper social distancing.
 

3.  Face Coverings Are Required In the Lobbies

In accordance with current guidelines, we are requiring that all employees and customers wear some form of face covering when inside the building. Plexiglass shields have also been installed at all branch lobbies to provide additional protection.
 

4.  Hand Sanitizer Will Be Available at All Entrances

All branches have been stocked with hand sanitizer for customers to use when entering the building. We are requesting that customers sanitize their hands when they rst walk in to help minimize the spread of germs in the lobbies. 
 

5.  Please Practice Social Distancing When Inside

Decals have been placed on the oors of all lobbies to clearly indicate where customers should stand if waiting for service. Please remain aware of the distance between yourself and others to ensure that we all can maintain proper social distancing.
 

6. Branches May Have Separate Entrances and Exits

Please note that some of our branch locations will have designated entrances and exits to manage the ow of foot trafc and minimize wait time for customers. For these branches, directional signage will be posted and staff will provide direction to customers upon entering and exiting the building.
