The investment will be used to rehabilitate a distressed property and convert it into an affordable home for a first-time homebuyer. The project will also stimulate local economic activity by utilizing local contractors and small businesses during the renovation.

“H.O.P.E., Inc. is deeply grateful to Centreville Bank for their generous $100,000 investment through the NAA program in support of our rehabilitation of 20 Center Street. This project will create a pathway to homeownership for a family earning less than 50% of the HUD Area Median Income—an opportunity that is life-changing for households struggling within the ALICE population.
