Marisa Verte Named Branch Manager of Recently Renovated Coventry Branch

March 9, 2020

Centreville Bank President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Harold M. Horvat, announced today that Marisa Verte has been named branch manager at Centreville’s Coventry office. The branch, which is located at 777 Tiogue Avenue in Coventry, was recently renovated to better increase service levels.

Verte began her career at Centreville Bank in 2012 as a bank teller and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including her most recent position as branch manager at the East Greenwich branch.

“Marisa is new to the Coventry branch, but certainly not new to Centreville Bank,” said Horvat. “Over the past eight years, she has proven to be a valuable part of our retail banking effort, providing great service and offering deep product and transactional knowledge, which is critical to our ‘universal banker’ model used in our retail offices.”

Horvat explained that the “universal banker” approach enables branch staff to seamlessly handle virtually any banking need for customers, and that the Coventry office has been upgraded to complement that service delivery model. Changes include a new façade and entryway, new interior offering easy access to bankers, an interactive teller machine (ITM) and a new community room.

Verte earned an Associate Degree in Information Technology from the New England Institute of Technology and currently resides in West Warwick.
