Shana Silveira promoted to Branch Manager of Cranston Rolfe Square Office

Centreville Bank President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Harold M. Horvat, announced today that Shana Silveira has been promoted to branch manager at Centreville’s Cranston branch, located at 56 Rolfe Square.

In her role as branch manager, Silveira is responsible for overall direction of the branch, overseeing branch operations and customer service, working to build awareness and rapport within the community, while ensuring the branch meets designated goals and objectives. 

Silveira, who has nearly a decade of experience in banking, joined Centreville in January of 2020 serving as a Banker III in the Coventry office. About a year later, she was promoted to retail operations supervisor serving in the Rolfe Square office.  Prior to joining Centreville, Silveira held positions of increasing responsibility at various credit unions and national banks.

“Shana is a vital member of the Centreville Bank team and has extensive expertise in retail banking, operations and community relations,” said Horvat. “We’ll rely on her to lead the Rolfe Square branch team to ensure that we are delivering on Centreville’s common purpose ─ to empower customers to achieve financial success.”
